Hello “Resonance”

Our new Hanse 415 “Resonance” arrives on Parsifal, just before Christmas.

Twins: Hanse 415 hull numbers 284 and 285.

Keel and rudder on.

Mast stepped.

Anti-fouling done and nearing initial launch day.

Launching at Pier 21.

About to check she floats.

All good.

Just another week or so to add the finishing touches: electrical upgrades, bimini and dodger, new ground gear, graphics. Oh yeah, and the sails.  Hopefully the NZ summer will make an appearance this year.

Many thanks to Dom and André at Windcraft NZ, Josh and (once again) to Steve Ashley.

Goodbye Wandering Hanse

We’ve had Wandering Hanse for over 8 years and she’s been a brilliant boat, writing many stories in our lives. Now it is time for “Wanda” to move on to new owners and new adventures. Her sibling (a Hanse 415) will arrive in early 2017.

We wish her new owners the very best – she’s in good hands.
